1. Introduction and Acceptance

3.1 Nature of Services.Residency Partners provides strategic advisory services for individuals seeking residency or citizenship by investment, entrepreneur visas, digital nomad permits, and other migration options. We perform initial eligibility assessments, compare programs across multiple jurisdictions, coordinate with licensed local lawyers and government-approved agents, and assist with application preparation. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or tax advice; we facilitate your relationship with qualified professionals.3.2 No Guarantee of Outcome.Immigration and citizenship approvals are issued solely at the discretion of governments and competent authorities. While we offer guidance and administrative support, we cannot guarantee that any residency or citizenship application will be approved.3.3 Changes and Availability.We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. We may also restrict the availability of the Services to any person or geographic area at our sole discretion. You agree that we will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.3.4 Third-Party Content and Services.Our Services may involve third-party platforms, such as government application portals, payment processors, or background-check providers. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.
4. User Eligibility and Responsibilities
4.1 Account Registration.To access certain parts of the Services, you may need to create an Account. When you create an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. You may not create an Account on behalf of another person unless you have permission to do so.4.2 Account Security.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. 6. Fees, Payment, and Refund Policy
6.1 Fees.Some Services are offered for a fee. We will inform you of the fees before you accept them. Fees may vary based on the service package, jurisdiction, or complexity of your case. All fees are quoted in euros unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of taxes and government filing fees.6.2 Payments.We accept various payment methods through third-party payment processors. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that method and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees.6.3 Billing and Subscriptions.If you purchase a subscription plan, you agree to recurring billing. We will automatically charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by contacting us or using the account management tools on the Site. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds.6.4 Refunds.Fees paid for consultations, strategy sessions, and service packages are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing or required by applicable law. Because we invest significant time and resources once we begin work on your case, we do not typically offer refunds if you change your mind or withdraw.6.5 Taxes.You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by governmental authorities associated with your purchase or use of the Services.
7. User Content and Feedback
7.1 Ownership of User Content.You retain ownership of any information, documents, or materials you submit through the Services ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.7.2 Accuracy of Information.You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content is accurate, truthful, and complete. 8. Intellectual Property Rights

You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
9. Copyright and DMCA Policy
9.1 Respect for Copyright.We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect Users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright, please notify us in writing with the following details: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (b) identification of the infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized; (e) a statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.9.2 Removal and Counter-Notice.Upon receipt of a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send us a counter-notice that includes evidence of your rights in the material. 13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Exclusion of Damages.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Residency Partners and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.13.2 Aggregate Liability.Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Residency Partners for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.13.3 Basis of the Bargain.You acknowledge that Residency Partners has offered the Services and set its fees in reliance upon the warranty and liability limitations set forth in these Terms, which form an essential basis of the bargain between you and Residency Partners.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Residency Partners, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of any of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or regulation; (d) your User Content; or (e) your infringement of any third-party rights. We reserve the right, at our expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with us in such defense.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
15.1 Governing Law.These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Portuguese Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.15.2 Dispute Resolution.We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. If you have any concerns about the Services, please contact us first to try to resolve the matter. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and Residency Partners agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.15.3 Arbitration (Optional).In our sole discretion, we may require that certain disputes be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration body. If applicable, the arbitration shall take place in Lisbon, Portugal, in the English or Portuguese language. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
16. Force Majeure
Residency Partners will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, cyber-attacks, wars, terrorism, labor disputes, electrical or internet breakdowns, or any other event of force majeure.
17. Termination
17.1 Termination by Company.We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Services, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent or abusive behavior, or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.17.2 Termination by User.You may terminate these Terms at any time by closing your Account and discontinuing your use of the Services. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations incurred prior to termination. Sections 12 through 20 will survive any termination or expiration of these Terms.
18. Severability and Waiver
18.1 Severability.If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.18.2 Waiver.No failure or delay by Residency Partners in enforcing any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of such provision or of any other provision. Our waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
19. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. We will provide additional notice for material changes, for example by sending a message to the email address associated with your Account or by prominently posting a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Services.

21. Entire Agreement

If there is a conflict between these Terms and any additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict.
22. No Partnership or Agency
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Residency Partners. Neither party has authority to enter into agreements or make commitments on behalf of the other party.
23. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.24. Headings.Section titles and headings in these Terms are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision.
