Caribbean Citizenship by Investment: 2026 Official Minimums

Five Eastern Caribbean countries currently operate citizenship-by-investment programs. Minimum contributions rose materially from the older US$100,000 pricing still shown on many websites.

Current contribution minimums

Antigua and Barbuda starts at US$230,000 through the National Development Fund. Dominica starts at US$200,000 through the Economic Diversification Fund. Grenada starts at US$235,000 through the National Transformation Fund. St Kitts and Nevis starts at US$250,000 through the Sustainable Island State Contribution. Saint Lucia starts at US$240,000 through the National Economic Fund.

Real-estate routes

Published real-estate minimums and additional government contributions vary by country and project. The lowest advertised property amount is not the total cost, and resale, holding-period and project-risk analysis is essential.

Due diligence comes first

All five programs require authorised representation and government due diligence. Nationality restrictions, family definitions, interviews, source-of-funds evidence and fees must be confirmed for each applicant before engagement.
